So its official! Watermark Restaurant is now under new ownership. This beautifulrestaurant, nestled in the heart of Mayville, is now owned and operated by Pati Centi.
Mrs Centi has been working in the food industry for over 30 years, and brings her wealth of knowledge to her first solo venture. However, Mrs. Centi is no stranger to the Watermark. She was a member of the 2003 inital team when it first opened its doors 7 years ago.
She has been reported as saying that not only is she excited to be back, but that it also feels like she came back home. This is natural as many of her original coworkers over the years have either come back or graduated to managers or other positions.
So then one might ask "what will be changed?" Well, as for the family-friendly atmosphere, that Mrs. Centi ensures will remain a staple. People can still meet at Chautauqua, then take their boats, dock at the Watermark, and enjoy dinners together. However, now they will enjoy the same fine dinning as they have grown accustomed over the years but now at'rolled-back' prices. "We really want people to come in with their families."
Another welcomed changed to the Watermark, is it will now be open for seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. Patrons can enjoy one of their specialty steaks, seafood, salads, or one of their main specialty drinks from the bar.
So, whether you are in the mood for a quick sandwich for lunch, or a beautiful relaxing dinner with friends or the entire family while looking over the beautiful Chautauqua Lake, the new Watermark has it all!
